Rizwan Jaffar
M. Rizwan Jaffar is the founder of the First Ever Youth Parliament of Pakistan, established on 14th August 2005, a platform that has empowered thousands of young leaders across the country.
He is also the founder of the Made in Pakistan Movement and MIP Group, and serves as the CEO of Agency Blue 360, leading communication, branding, and public engagement initiatives.
He has served Rotary International as the Assistant Governor (2023–24) for District 3271 and is the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Karachi Blues, contributing to youth development and community service.
